U.S.A. Thomas L. Adams received bachelor degrees in geology
and in zoology/physiology from the University of Wyoming, while working at the
UW Geological Museum. Previously, he attended commercial art school and worked
in the private sector for several years before deciding to return to college to
be a vertebrate paleontologist. Currently, he is a graduate student in the Roy
M. Huffington Department of Earth Sciences at Southern Methodist University in
Dallas, Texas, were he earned his Masters degree and is working towards his
Ph.D. He has conducted research in Mongolia, Alaska, Texas, and Wyoming and has
been involved with additional expeditions in Colorado and Utah. His research is
currently focused on Texas dinosaur and crocodile paleobiology and
paleobiogeography of Mesozoic ecosystems. |
